Pure Body Institute allows a 45 day grace period from receipt of product, for return for partial credit with the following restrictions. 1) Unopened product, will be charged a 15% restocking fee. 2) Opened product with less than 10% used, receives a 15% use fee. 3) Product returned with more than 10% used receives a 50% handling fee. All returns for credit must be returned to Pure Body Institute at 230 S. Olive St. Ventura, Ca. 93001 within 45 days of the product being delivered to the customer. Delivery is confirmed via tracking information provided by the carrier used. Exchanges may be made on unopened product only, if the product is returned to Pure Body Institute within 60 days of customer delivery.
